Lise DuBois
Lise, M.S., received her M.S. degree in Child Development from San Diego State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and works primarily with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). She has been working with children who have developmental disabilities for over 10 years. Her passion for these children has also led her abroad organizing trainings and workshops for special educators in the developing world.

Alex DuBois
Alex holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and the University of Leipzig in Germany respectively. His professional experience encompasses work across nearly every continent in business operations and management primarly in the volunteer travel space. Alex is a firm believer that travel can be a force for good and can enhance society if done right. These philosophies are at the core of our OutR.E.A.Ch. Trips and the relationships we hold with our amazing group of international partners.

Elaine Leibl
Elaine has been involved in special education for over 25 years. She started out as a Special Education Teacher, working with students who fall in the range of Severely Handicapped. She was the the Assistant Director of Special Education for La Cañada Unified School District for 10 years. Her B.A degree was competed at California State University Los Angeles in Child Development. Elaine received her teaching credential in both multiple subjects and Special Education with an emphasis on Severely Handicapped

Tamara Jackson
Tamara , PhD., has over 30 years of experience in education. She is the Director of Special Education for La Cañada Unified School District. Her Ph.D. was completed at University of California Los Angeles in Educational Psychology with a specialization in early childhood special education. Dr. Jackson has 13 years of experience as a school psychologist. She has a strong instructional background as her Masters Degree is in Education with a specialization reading instruction.

Lesley Mayne
Lesley, PhD., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with a career spanning over fifteen years in the public school, charter, and private settings serving both children and adults. She is a university professor who specializes in augmentative and alternative communication that improves the life participation for individuals with complex communication needs. Her B.A degree was completed at University of Southern California in Communication and her M.A degree was completed at California State University, Fullerton in Communicative Disorders. Her PhD. was completed at Claremont Graduate University in Special Education.
